Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 06/06/10

Aikidokas: Tim, Trey, Brad, Troy, Sal, Dan, and Brent (a new student).  We also had a potential new student watching from the sidelines.

Ukemi: No warm-up for me.  I spent a bunch of time with Dan on his rolls.  We brought out the crash pad.  I also did some warm-up of big falls for Brad, Troy, and Sal.

The Walk: Twice and then some more with Dan and Brent.

Techniques:

At the end of the session, Trey and I did some work remembering the fifth and sixth of the knife defenses we worked on at last week's mini-seminar.
