Aikido Friday Night - 06/18/10

Trey, Dan, Sal, Troy

Aikidokas: Trey, Sal, Troy and Dan.  No Tim, so I was in charge for the evening.

Ukemi: I spent a bunch of time with Dan on his rolls.  We brought out the crash pad.  He wanted to start over on the right side.

The Walk: Twice.  And then quite a bit of work with Dan

Releases: With Dan.  We worked through the first four.  I attacked him with my left hand only, as I've got a sprained right wrist.

Techniques:

Dan and I ended the evening with some punch the dummy drills.

Aftermath: None of note, other than the wrist in a brace.
