Basic stretches, but no falls

Adam and I ran through Koryu Dai Yon.  Our second run through, at the end of class, was quite good.  the first one we dilly-dallyed a bit, picking bits and pieces apart.

We also did the bokken portion of San Kata.  That went fairly well.  I had issues with the attack for technique #4 in that series, as I always seem to.  I had to work on it a bit.

Commentary:

None of note.

5.03.2017

Volleyball, 0-3

Opponent: Hot Mess

14-21, 8-21, and ?-15. (or something similar) As usual, we were never really a threat to win any of them.  Still, we played well, but they played much better.  their hitters were amazing and practically life-threatening to us.
