Aikido Friday Night - 06/11/10

Aikidokas: Tim, Trey, Sal, and Dan.

Ukemi: No warm-up for me.  I didn't get there early enough to get in my rolls before class. I spent a bunch of time with Dan on his rolls.  We brought out the crash pad.

The Walk: Twice.

Releases: With Dan.  We worked through the first four.  He's picking these up pretty well.  We spent most of the evening on them.

Techniques:

Trey and I did some work on the knife defenses in San Kata.

Aftermath: None of note.
