Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 05/21/11

Aikido players:  Tim, Trey, Troy, Brad, and Dan.

Ukemi:

Set of 12 falls.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Releases:

I worked with Brad.

Techniques:

I worked Brad on 10, 9, and 8 of Ju Nana Hon Kata.  I wanted to vary things up by working backwards through them.  As we finished up 8, Dan arrived. 

Brad and Dan did the releases and then they started working on 1-3 of Ju Nana Hon Kata.
