Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 05/14/11

Aikido players:  Tim, Dan, Marvin, and Gayle.

Ukemi:

Set of 12 falls.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.  We also broke it out into more individual pieces, as well

Releases:

I worked with Dan.  No damage to my toes this time.

Techniques:

I worked Sal on 1, 2, and 5 of  Ju Nana Hon Kata.  He did well on #1 and #2.  Minor corrections.  I didn't want to work on #3 or #4, so I moved onto #5.  This was the first time he had worked on the technique, and he did pretty well.  He's probably got 65% of the technique, and that's pretty good.
