Aikido Friday Night - 5/20/11

Aikido players:  Tim, Troy, Dan, and Marvin.

None.  I was watching over Marvin

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Releases:

I worked with Marvin.  We made it through the 5th release before I changed us over to working on techniques

Techniques:

I worked with Marvin on Shomen-ate.  We did a brief warm-up on strike the dummy beforehand.  I think this was the last time we'll do that on a pre-meditated basis.

He did pretty well on the technique, lots of tweaks to come.  But, he was consistently throwing me with the technique.
