Aikido Thursday Night - 3/24/11

Aikido players:  Tim, Trey and Troy.

Techniques:

Troy started out the evening working on 11-14 with Trey as uke.  He's doing pretty well on the new stuff.

Trey then worked on kneeling Koryu Dai San.  In the process of that, we worked on Troy's approach to uke'ing for that set of techniques.  It went pretty well, overall.
