Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 3/19/11

Aikido players:  Tim, Trey, Dan, Marvin and Gayle.  We also had an old student of Ray's (Tom, I did not catch the last name) stop by and work with us.  A Nidan.

Ukemi:  12 fall normal warmup.  I also worked with Marvin on his falls.

The Walk: Twice, per usual.

Releases: Did some work with Marvin and Gayle on their releases.  We're up to the second release.

Techniques:

Tom and I uke'd for Trey on Owaza Ju Pon and the standing portion of Koryu Dai San.  It went pretty well.
