Twice, as usual.

Releases:

Worked with Gayle

Techniques:

Helped Troy work with Marvin on Oshi taoshi and ude gaeshi. Occasionally jumped in with Tim working with most folks on Shomen ate.

Worked on the kneeling portion of Koryu Dai San with Troy as uke.

Aftermath:

Still sore from a week of volleyball and aikido.
