Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 3/31/2012

Aikido players: Tim, Troy, Brad, Gayle, Roderick, and Reese

Ukemi:

Did a full set of left and right sided falls. Right foot aches on the left-sided rolls, but that will improve.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Releases:

I ran through all 8 with Roderick. It went pretty well.

Techniques:

I worked on Shomen-ate and Aigamae-ate with Roderick. That went pretty well, too.

Troy and I did some work at the end of class. He worked on 11-16 of Ju Nana Hon Kata and I worked on the releases techniques of Yon Kata. It was nice to get some time to work on that stuff again.
