Aikido Friday Night - 07/01/11

Aikido players:  Tim, Sal, Dan, Marvin and Gail

Ukemi:

Full set of twelve.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Releases:

I worked with Marvin and Gail on trying to get the first three releases on the right side.  It was not a good night for me teaching-wise.  I felt like I was losing my patience.

Techniques:

We did a little work on shomen-ate.  They were managing the technique, but there are, as always, a host of things to work on.

Aftermath:

I stretched a ligament or something.  The inside of my right knee caused me a bit of pain later on.
