Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 5/4/13

Aikido players: Tim, Troy, Marvin,  and Mario

Ukemi:

Got in a full set.  Watched over Mario

The Walk:

Twice as usual.

Releases:

I worked with Mario on the releases.  We got through all of them.

Techniques:

I did some work on Shomen-ate with Mario.

Troy and I, after the regular session ended, ran through his Ju Nana Hon Kata.  We got through all 17.  Then we spent some time on aikinage.

Aftermath:

None of note.
