Aikido Friday Night - 5/24/13

Aikido players: Tim, Dan the Elder and Ramon

Ukemi:

Did not get any in.  Watched over Ramon

The Walk:

Twice as usual. 

Releases:

I spent a lot of time with Dan on the releases. 

Techniques:

Worked with Dan on Oshi Taoshi.  Did a bunch of work on the armbar.  Tim was able to make some tweaks that I could not see were needed
