Aikido Friday Night - 5/10/13

Ukemi:

Did not get any in.  Watched over Ramon and Mario

The Walk:

Twice as usual.  I then spent a bit of time working with Ramon and ran through the Walk several more times.

Releases:

I did a little work with Ramon and Mario on the releases.  That led into some ad lib exploration of following uke's energy flow.
