Aikido Thursday Night - 2/10/11

Aikido players:  Trey and Troy.


Techniques:

I watched and kibitzed while Trey worked on Owaza Ju Pon, both sides.  My goal was to gt him through all of Nidan stuff in a row.  We tweaked too often for that to happen.

Then Troy worked on Kote Gaeshi for a little bit.  With just a little more thought on weight distribution it went really well.  Phew.
