Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 2/12/11

Aikido players:  Trey, Troy, and Brad.

Ukemi:  Full ukemi, no big falls.

The Walk: Twice, at a slightly quicker pace than normal

Releases: With Brad.  It looked like he had some light bulb moments.

Techniques:

I worked with Brad while Trey and Troy worked together.  Brad and I worked on 6-10 of Ju Nana Hon Kata.  We started at 10 and worked our way down.  He's got the guts of all of the techniques down.  We are working on smoothing out everything and getting him to believe that he is where he is in the process.  He knows what he's doing.
