Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 2/5/11

Aikido players:  Trey, and Marvin.

Ukemi:  None.

The Walk:

We spent the day on the Walk with Marvin.  We also spent some time on changing the way he walks on the mat, reducing his body rises and body falls.  We worked on a simple drill for getting off line.
