Aikido Tuesday Night – 6/4/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Laura, Willie, and David. Full class.

Ukemi:

Basic slaps normal forward rolls. Worked with David on the next level of rolls on the crash pad.

The Walk:

Twice, and then some work with David.

Releases:

Laura and Willie worked with David, after doing their releases with each other. I then worked with each of them.

Techniques:

Laura and Willie worked on Kote gaeshi, Sumi-otoshi, and hiki otoshi.
I worked with David on Shomenate. Prior to class I worked on 3 jata from jodo.
