Aikido Tuesday Night – 6/11/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Laura, Willie, and David. Full class.

Ukemi:

Basic slaps, normal forward rolls. Worked with David on the next level of rolls on the crash pad.

The Walk:

Twice, and then some work with David.

Releases:

Laura and Willie worked on 1, 2a, 2b, and 3 of Ki Harry. No releases for David tonight

Techniques:

Laura, Willie, and David worked on aigamae-ate. I rotated among them to work on Aigamae-ate and Hiki Otoshi where appropriate. Prior to class I worked on 3 jata from jodo.
