Aikido Thursday Night – 6/27/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Willie, Laura, and David.

Ukemi:

Basic slaps, normal forward rolls. Worked with David on his. We're slowly moving up the gravity well using the big crash pad.

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

I worked with David on 1-8. Willie and Laura ran through all of theirs, plus #1 from Ki Harry.

Techniques:

Laura and Willie worked on 12 and 17. I did some jo work as a warm-up.
