Aikido Thursday Night – 6/13/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Laura, and Willie.

Ukemi:

Basic slaps, normal forward rolls. I got 2/3 of my rolls in.

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

Round robin with all 3 of us. My releases were not up to snuff.

Techniques:

Laura, and Willie worked on Sumi otoshi and Hiki Otoshi. sumi went well, Hiki went ok. Prior to class I worked on 3 jata from jodo.
