Aikido Tuesday Night – 6/25/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Willie, Laura, and David.

Ukemi:

Basic slaps, normal forward rolls. Worked with David on his. We're slowly moving up the gravity well using the big crash pad.

The Walk:

Twice. Some one-on-one with David on the latter part.

Releases:

I worked with David on 1-6. Willie and Laura ran through all of theirs

Techniques:

Did not get to any techniques with David. Laura and Willie worked on 12 and 17. I did some jo work as a warm-up

Commentary:

It's amazing how much having your correct belt in your possession and wrapped around your waist can still your mind.
