Aikido Thursday Night – 6/20/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Willie, Laura, and David.

Ukemi:

Basic slaps, normal forward rolls. Worked with David on his.

The Walk:

Twice, plus some extra work on the last half with David.

Releases:

Worked on 1, 2, and 3 with David.

Techniques:

Did not get to any techniques with David. Willie and Laura worked on 14m 13m and 12.
