Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 2/25/2012

Aikido players: Tim, Trey, Kim, Roderick, Marvin, and Steve

Ukemi:

Worked with Steve on his front roll-outs.

The Walk:

Twice as usual.

Releases:

Worked with Marvin on his releases. He did pretty well.

Techniques:

Did some work with Marvin on 1, 2, 3, and 5. He's getting pretty close on getting the basics down. We just need to clean up his inclination to use muscle.

Aftermath:

Right foot is still a bit of a hindrance.
