Aikido players: Tim, Trey, Roderick, Reese, and Steve

Worked with Steve on his front roll-outs.

The Walk:

Twice as usual.

Releases:

Worked with Steve on the first two releases. He did pretty well.

Techniques:

Did some work with Steve on Shomen-ate.

Aftermath:

Right foot is still a bit of a hindrance.
