Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 12/18/10

Aikidoka:  Tim, Trey, Troy, and Dan.

Ukemi:  Full ukemi, no big falls.  Watched over Dan.

The Walk: Twice, as usual. 

Releases: Worked on some of Ki Harry with Troy and did the usual 1-8 on both sides.


Techniques:

I spent the afternoon working with Troy on 1-10 of Ju Nana Hon Kata.  He had some issues today.  He had trouble with #2, #5, #6, #8, ad #10.  Nothing serious, just a brain lock from so much work on it over the past couple of days.

Aftermath: Stubbed toe still hurts.  We worked on armbars so much that I was horribly sore Sunday morning from all of the stretching.
