Aikido Friday Night - 12/17/10

Aikidoka:  Tim, Trey, Troy, Sal, and Dan.

Ukemi:  Full ukemi, no big falls.  Watched over Dan.

The Walk: Twice, as usual.  As is not usual, I got lost in the Walk.  I was happily counting away and got lost in the sound of my voice.  That messed everyone up except Trey.  *sigh*

Releases: Worked on some of Ki Harry with Troy

Techniques:

I spent the evening working with Troy on 1-10 of Ju Nana Hon Kata.  He did well again.

Aftermath: I stubbed my toe by catching it on my hakama.  Ouch.
