Releases:

I ran through Laura's with her.  Adam and Willie worked through theirs.

Techniques:

Laura and I worked on 1, 2, and 3 until Willie and Adam got done with their releases.

Adam and I did a little work on Koryu Dai Yon until he tweaked a leg muscle.  From then on, we supervised Laura and Willie.
