Aikido Thursday Night - 2/15/18 - Wasabi Dojo

Self-directed warm-up.  We then did a bunch of throws of Laura for her to work on her big falls.

Techniques:

We worked on the offensive jo portion of Koryu Dai San.  We spent a bit of time playing with the footwork for Oshi Taoshi and concluded that, shock of shocks, the working foot needs to move, not the non-working foot.
