Releases:

Adam and Laura ran through theirs tonight.  A few major issues for both.

Techniques:

Adam and Laura worked on: 14, 13, 11, and 10.  We skipped 12 because we'd already put a fair amount of stress on Adam's wrist with multiple attempts at 13.

A bunch of tweaks and adjustments to both folks techniques.  Just a little for Adam.  Laura is actually looking pretty good.
