Aikido Friday Night - 2/16/18 - Wasabi Dojo

Stretches, slaps, and rolls.  I actually did a fair amount of my preferred set of rolls to start the night.

The Walk:

Once.

Releases:

Laura and I each worked through our sets.  I had to repeat one.  I think it was a fifth release

Techniques:

We worked our way down from 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7.  She did really well, and I took about 100 falls.  I expect to be sore on Sunday.
