Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 9/20/14

Aikido players:

Tim, Dan, Mario, Marvin, Gail, and Al

Ukemi:

Just watched over the other folks, except they wanted to see some wrong-leg falls, so I gave them a bit of a demo.  They then took up the gauntlet and took some rolls

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.Plus, I was asked to demonstrate how I do the 2nd stone fo the Walk.  Dan was interested in seeing my weight shift on the side-to-side motion.

Releases:

Worked with Dan on his set.  Mario and Marvin worked together.  Al and Gail worked together.

Techniques:

Marvin and Mario worked on Shihonage and Tenkai Kote Hineri.

Dan and I worked his way up from 1 through 4.  We spent a good amount of time on 4.

Aftermath:

None of note.
