Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 8/30/14

Aikido players:  Tim, Trey, Dan, Mario, John, and Al

The Walk:

Twice, as usual. 

Releases:

None today.

Techniques:

Trey got on a wild hare and used me as uke for off-balances with tori using no hands.  Uke just grabs onto tori's gi and tori then creates off-balances and throws.  Trey managed to get a bog fall out of me at one point.

We then split up and worked with the kyu grades and had them work amongst themselves on the same concept.  Some were getting it, some were trying too hard.

We then split up the kyu grades and had them work on their upcoming techniques keeping in mind the working with center emphasized at the beginning of class.
