Aikido Saturday Afternoon- 9/6/14

None for me, watched over the guys.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Techniques:

We played a little more with the  stuff from last weekend: no hands for tori, but uke has grabbed on to tori's gi.

Then, Mario, Marvin and Dan worked on Kote gaeshi.

John and Al worked through the first 10 of Ju Nana Hon Kata

Looks like our Thursday hours might change from 8:30 - 9:30 to 8:00 - 9:00.
