Aikido Friday Night - 8/29/14

Aikido players:  Tim, Mario, John, and Al

Ukemi:

Got a full set in. Took the easy way out and rolled on softer mats. Also threw some of the other folks with Garumes and Kotes.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Releases:

Worked with John on his set..

Techniques:

We did a round robin.  Mario worked with John and Al on his 6-10.  Al worked with John and Mario on his 1-5.  John worked with Al and Mario on his 1-5.
