Aikido Thursday Afternoon - 7/24/14

Aikidoka: Aaron, Brett, Scott, Laura, William and others

Was in Austin, so stopped by Aikido of Austin for some mat time, even though they do a completely different style of aikido than I normally do.

We did some work on Kote gaeshi and I'm not sure what else.  I got some good exercise and raised a lot of questions in my mind, so it was a worthwhile venture.
