Aikido Friday Night - 8/22/14

Aikido players:  Tim, Kim, Mario, Marvin, and Al

Ukemi:

Got a full set in.  Also threw some of the other folks with Garumes and Kotes.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.. 

Releases:

Kim and Al, Marvin and Mario.

Techniques:

Kim and Al worked on 6-10

Mario and Marvin worked on worked on 11, 13, and 14
Aftermath:

Kim and I were both notable sore in our upper shoulders.
