Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 8/3/13

Aikido players:  Tim, Troy, Dan the Elder, Marvin, and Gail.  We also had two potential students sitting and watching.

Ukemi:

Got in a full set.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Releases:

I oversaw Marvin and Dan working on their releases.  They also ran through the first of Ki Harry.

Techniques:

Dan and Marvin worked through Oshtaoshi, Ude-gaeshi, and Hiki-taoshi.

Troy and I worked on the second 5 of O Waza Ju Pon for him.  He was able to complete them fairly easily, at least once.

We then went through the first 25 of Koryu Dai Yon No Kata for me.  I can remember the first 14 fairly easily.  The next 11, not so much yet.
