Aikido Thursday Night - 8/8/13

Techniques:

We spent the evening on the footwork for Hiki-taoshi and the first of the Ki-Harry.  I went round and round in circles as an uke for most of the evening.

Aftermath:

I was dead beat.  I feel asleep about 10 seconds after hitting the mattress.
