Aikido Friday Evening - 8/2/13

Aikido players:  Tim, Troy, Dan the Elder, Marvin, Gail, and Mario

Ukemi:

Got in a partial set.

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Releases:

I worked with Gail on her set.  I actually got the sixth release on Gail on my first shot.  I was pleased.  We then ran through Ki Harry number 1.

Techniques:

I worked with Gail on some techniques.  We did some work on Shomen-ate, but her knee started bothering her, so we switched to Gyaku-agamae-ate.  That went pretty well.
