Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 03/13/10

Aikidokas: Tim, Trey, Brad, and Troy. 

Ukemi: No warm-up for me today. Watched over Troy and Brad.

The Walk: Twice, as usual.I then worked with Troy some more on the Walk.  We spent time on the last 5 moves.

Releases: Worked with Troy on 1-4.  I need to get him onto 5-8 next week..

Techniques:

Trey and I ran through more Owaza Ju Pon footwork.

Aftermath: None of note.  One more weekend of prep before our scheduled demonstration.  Will Tim Sensei give us the green light?
