Techniques:

We ran through a bit of the Merritt Stevens kata at Adam's request.  As it was his last night with us, we wanted to present some stuff that we rarely work on to be able to present at his new dojo in Oklahoma.

Commentary:

Adam's last night with us on a regular basis.  He might come down from Stillwater on occasion, but not very often.
