I threw Laura with some big falls on the thick crash pad and then the lighter crash pads.

Laura uke'd for the offensive and defensive jo sections of Koryu Dai San.

I then uked for: 13, 6, 3, and 1 from Ju Nana Han Kata.

Commentary:

Emily Egan, our local Iaido Sensei, came and borrowed a portion of the mat this evening.  She's considering using the dojo for her classes instead of the yoga studio she currently uses.
