Aikido Thursday Night - 3/29/18 - Wasabi Dojo

Aikido players:

Laura and Willie

Ukemi:

Basic slaps and some falls.  At the end of class we did some work on her big falls.

The Walk:

Once.

Releases:

Laura and Willie both ran through theirs.  And they did it within the time limit I had set.

Techniques:

They worked on 11 and 12 and did pretty well.  12 will need more reps, but that's always the case.
