No walking practice tonight

Straight attacks with the bokken (72), attacks for oshi taioshi (72), attacks for shihonage (72), attacks for Ai gamaeate (72).

Next a series of regular attacks with the jo (72). Followed by a couple of cycles across the mat with the attack for "hi otoshi" (72).

Ended the night with 50 pushups.

Commentary:

Trey had planned to be there, but a migraine made an appearance. I think he's going to a deer lease this weekend.
