Aikido Thursday Night - 6/22/17 - Wasabi Dojo

Techniques:

I worked with Adam.  We ran through Koryu Dai Yon (1-14), and did pretty well.

I worked with Randy a bit on the double-bokken stuff from San Kata.

Then worked with Willie on 6 & 7 form Ju Nana Hon Kata.
