Aikido Thursday Night - 2/20/14

Techniques:

We worked on Hiki-toashi.  Mario was tori all night long.  Half the evening was spent on right side and half on left.  Working with Kim apparently gave Mario some insights into the technique and to being a little bit lighter overall.

Only time will tell if the insights generate physical results.
