Aikido players:  Tim, Mario, Zach, and Al

None for me.  Helped get Al on the road

The Walk:

Twice.  And bunch of work with Al on it.  Probably did about 20 partial sets.

Releases:

Oversaw Marion and Zach work on theirs.

Techniques:

Worked with Al on punch-the-dummy and the footwork for Shomen-ate
