Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 2/8/14

Aikido players:  Tim, Trey, Troy, Marvin, Mario and John

Ukemi:

I managed to get a double set in before class.  The mat did not need sweeping, so I had some extra time.

I worked with John on his.

Techniques:

Worked with John on Aigamae-ate

Troy, Trey and I worked on kneeling #1 of Koryu Dai San.  We then went on to #1 and #3 standing of Koryu Dai San.  We spent between 45 minutes and an hour working on those three, tweaking and fine-tuning.
